Large Mushrooms

The largest mushroom in this picture was about 14cm across (about 6 inches, in old money). Bought at our favourite market stall, The Barrow Boys at Nuneaton Street Market.

These mushrooms will make a tasty meal in a couple of days. Stuffed with cheese, breadcrumbs, little toms, and finely chopped red onions. Served on a layer of toast. Black pepper seasoning if you wish. I can almost taste it!
