Bit grey and grim at Avoch harbour this afternoon.

Cycled over to the Post Office, as it's now the nearest one to home. Package sent North. Next, offload some jars and other glassware at the Fortrose glass/bottle bank. A wee bit further, to see the seafront and some waves at Rosemarkie. Busy, so I didn't stop. Kept clear of Chanonry, as it'll be mobbed at this time of year, unless you arrive at dawn... circa 04:00.

Home via a detour out of Avoch on the airfield road, which means contending with a long and steep hill, but cuts down the risks of cycling on the busy and fast main road, for part of the way.
