Kit Car?

Not sure if this might be a kit car. A week ago I had this car in my rear view mirror. Today I came across it parked at Drum Castle. I am assuming there is only one in the area!

What narrow wheels, and only three of them as well. Handling may may a bit dodgy. Not good in the rain for the passengers either as it seems to be lacking a roof.

We had a walk around the walled garden. Although still very pleasant we had the impression the garden is a little neglected this year. We suspect a shortage of staff may be the cause.
