Sounds and smells.

It was our second branch get together of the local Norton owners club and Paul came on his roadgoing Manx. He'd travelled about twenty miles from his home and left early, because of not having lights, barring a battery operated brake light.
   It's a 1958 rolling chassis, with a 1948, M30, long stroke, double knocker engine.
Running on Castrol R and an open megga, you can understand why everyone wanted to smell and hear it !
Not having a kickstart, he has to "bump" it, to get it going.
In his stable, is a 1933 Inter and a modern 961 Norton, as well.
He's a retired Police motorcyclist, so rides pretty quickly and knows all the answers, if he gets pulled over, by the rozzers !
