Nice little lie in, have felt quite lazy today. Walk with Rosie then took Will for his kick boxing grading- 2nd green belt secured, he is apparently half way to the black belt now which he “might as well” try to get.

I shook my laziness off, went to the pool for a swim, cooked a nice tea, Jay was in charge of film choosing. He did well, Captain Fantastic.
