A Paradise Loft

It's remarkable how circumstances change.  

In March 2010 we were working to convert the loft of the house in Heol Gabriel.  By December 2011, the house was up for sale.  By January 2012, the house was sold.

You always do your best with the circumstances as you find them ... but you never know how they're going to turn out!
