National Trust Upton House

Another National Trust day, we had a good wander around Upton House and Garden - it was interesting but the garden seemed to have suffered probably due to staff being off for Covid.

After our visit we went off to a garden centre and had a wander, we have found some wonderful garden centres while on our little holiday.

In the evening we went out for dinner and liked the sign in the pub (see extra).  We got back to the cottage just after the start of the football and watched it.  A win for England and another game on Sunday - I am not really into football and had to ask Richard a few times what was going on!
