COVID memorial wall

South bank opposite Westminster. There is a heart representing each death from covid. Very sobering and moving. Over a third of a mile long.
On a cheerier front - enjoyed the Turner exhibition at Tate Britain and an evening of stunning opera - Don Giovanni with Irwin Schrott - at Covent Garden. Much reduced capacity and smaller orchestra had such an impact on the acoustics that I thought that the singers must be wearing mics. They weren’t!
