Sunday

Woke up and thought it was Tuesday and did for hours. 

I have felt so muddled and confused spaced out . I hate it, tried grounding skills but still the same. 

Walked along to Aldi for shopping, completely unaware of my surroundings. Got soaked walking home. 

This duck was desperate for food as it kept dipping down.
