Fruitful day - walked to the surgery to order repeat prescriptions - could do it online - prefer to walk - often a scenic one - not today - was raining - as even the direct route adds over 6000 steps my daily walking total

Sorted stuff - defrosted freezer - blipped the fruit bowl - perhaps I should have removed a pear so you could see a pair of pears - pineapple will be used in a stir fry tomorrow
