Sailing on the Loch

This morning Iain took me to the supermarket to help me with my shopping.
After lunch I dedided to go to the Heritage Loch for a walk. My walking hasn't been very good lately so I took the three wheeler and managed to walk all the way round without stopping and at quite a good pace. I felt much steadier. The cafe was open so I had a coffee and cake.
