Klatschnass/Soaking Wet

I was out for my daily wander and I thought the clouds looked quite ominous.  The part of my walk where I was furthest away from home and only trees to shelter under was the signal for the rain to be unleashed.

It was more than a little.  In roughly 30 seconds I was soaked, and then my jacket decided to give up the ghost - my fleece and my t-shirt were also soaked through.  By the time I got home I had nothing dry on - it was all sopping wet.  I could even hear my feet squelching in my shoes.
