A meander with my camera

The garden plants had taken a bashing from yesterday's rain so spent a pleasant hour this morning tidying up. Lots of unripe toms in the green house.

Left the house with my cameras with a vague route in mind. Pleasantly shady and verdant on Gledhow Valley Road ( see Blip) after all that rain. Took the steep route via steps between the park and allotments to get back to Harrogate Road. Crossed over to St Matthews to continue my climb. Then home via a ginnel.  2.5 miles over an hour of taking photos, enjoying my own pace.

More potatoes and broad beans for tea, with tuna steak this time.  The tasty late raspberries and the last of the strawberries made a lovely dessert with swiss roll and cream. We caught up with Only Connect.

It's warming up nicely.
