East of Ipswich

My wife's birthday and for the last few years we have headed for Southwold. Mixed weather and busier than usual with older people holidaying in the UK - still ahead of most schools finishing for the summer. Started with lunch at the Crown - a delightful pub and delicious food. Followed by some shopping, and then along the beach past beach huts like the one here. Over to the pier for the Under the Pier show and a new machine called 'Trust Wildlife?' which was wonderful. Boating lake cafe for tea and then headed home for cake and cava.
