Ardmore at the end of the day.

We had a really lovely walk right round Ardmore point after dinner. A day that started with a failed blood test at 9am when the nurse was unable to extract any blood from my veins , improved as the day progressed- some gardening , a takeaway coffee from the farm shop, gathering a bunch of flowers for a friend and nice meal of ginger and soy salmon. A favourite recipe.
Then a lovely summer walk at the shore.
