P5 Egg Delivery

Today we had our egg delivery.
 
XXLs - to big to shut the lid on an XL box.  Kathy must have a whole batch of new/young hens who haven’t yet got the hang of laying one egg a day, instead of a double every other day.  Our standing order is for the Jumbos with the caveat of Very Large (XL) if XXLs are not available.  We rarely get the XXLs recently but this is the second lot over the past couple of weeks.
 
Kathy has been delivering to us since October 2003 when we moved in, and apart from holidays (which we get forewarning of) she has never missed a delivery.  Kathy's had that numberplate all that time.  One of our neighbours brought us half a dozen eggs as a moving in pressy on the day we arrived.
 
Sainsburys delivery this afternoon followed by Photographic Group Zoom meeting this evening.
