Hot!

It has been crazy hot today. We started training at 6 AM and was done at 7.30 AM and it was already almost too hot. 

We had a short mid-day walk, but only about 10 mins. It was 29 degrees C, and too hot for the dogs to be outside.

The best kind of exercise today was swimming, so that's what we did after work.

I think this hot weather will continue, which means more early mornings for me... We have a competition coming up, so it is bad timing for skipping training.
