Biker Bar

I visited a nationally renowned cafe-restaurant today. The Lahnajärvi Cafe was opened in 1952 to offer refreshment to bus customers. It went bust when a new highway took the customers away. Now they try to attract bikers and vintage car enthusiasts. They've been successful so far.
The Czech Jawa motorbikes were very popular in post-war Finland, because currency regulation did not apply to Eastern European imports. My first bike back in 1971 was one such. I was fourteen and rode it on forest roads.
