Day 195/21. It's a long way up to change a bulb

The engineering team at work on the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth today. It looked like they were working on the lighting. Probably simply changing bulbs.....
At 170 metres high at its top, it's certainly a job where you need a head for heights.... See extra picture today.
They do sell opportunities for you to abseil down from the top.
