Had it in my mind I would make strawberry jam …… first time for everything !
Mary Berry’s recipe is easy peasy! Well the end result is no bad! 7/10 could be worse could be better! It’s a bit sweet for my taste!

Concerned for my family in SA , many towns around where they live have been looted and set fire to!
Fingers crossed that this will ease soon

Lovely surprise visit from school friend had not seen since last year so good to catch up!
