Sweat Bee

This is a bicolored striped sweat bee. One of our pollinators - lives in colonies in the ground, apparently. It says males have yellow legs. I can't really tell what color this one's legs are, but looking at images online I now see that the males are very decidedly yellow, so I'd say this is a female.

Edit - I neglected to say: the flower is chicory! One of our common wildflowers that is blooming along the roadsides at this time of the year.
