Grandma's fruit bowl

A busy few days with mum and dad, but good to take stock of what's changed since I was last home, and re-familiarise with some family history.  This was my grandmother's fruit bowl.  I've always liked it and glad my mum is using it.    The visit has also been good for the "family photography project".  I've found a few gems of old photos.  My little brother and sister dressed as clowns, and my mother star-struck over a rather dashing young cricketer circa 1960.
