Logie Kirk, Blairlogie

I've passed this kirk many times and always meant to visit. Today was the day, in scorching sunshine. A strange place to visit in such heavenly light perhaps, but graves in bright sunshine, to me, have the effect of making you count your blessings.
Struck by the amount of celtic cross and urn topped memorials, some to a very extravagant style by modern standards.
The kirk is bonny enough, but I'd be eyeing the weeds on the steeple, which could become problematic pretty pronto. 
I think the gravestones at Logie Kirk deserve a separate visit. 
My goodly wife was wiped out by golf in 30 degree heat, I was wiped out by DIY in 30 degree heat, so wandering about with a camera was a scoosh. Time for a very cold beer. :-)
