Remember Rosie

I was very puzzled by today's elephant. It was described as "Automa-trunk - a steampunk, robot automaton version of an elephant and represents Luton’s manufacturing and industrial roots." This elephant did not look very steam punk to me. 

Only later when checking the website did I discover that Automa-trunk had suffered a minor injury and was away being repaired, meanwhile, their roaming herd member Remember Rosie was standing in.

Part of the celebrations of the 30th anniversary of the local hospice, as well as a fundraiser for them.
