My turn for Gourmet Club tonight.
Been prepping, slicing and dicing all day! It seems.
Our numbers depleted from 8 to 5 but that meant it was very cosy.
I'm done now for another year :) and they seemed to enjoy it - so that's good.
We had a lot of laughs and it was so good to catch up.

In extras - 2 of the 5 courses - avocado, salmon, cucumber and lime herb dressing salad. Also apple olive oil cake.
