Colour in the City

It was so cold this morning. We didn't get any water until around 9:30am. That was because the pipes frozen. Never happened before here. Found out we had a -9.9 frost. Great to get a sunny day afterwards.

John a GP's appointment in the city this morning. While I was waiting I took a walk around the block. I was getting a bit worried as he hadn't come back to our meeting place until one and half hours later. I was just starting to make my way to the clinic when he arrived. His PB had been so high the GP was worried and it took a while to get hold of the Specialist at the hospital by phone. He was put back on his old medication as the stopping it had affected him. He has to go back on Monday morning again for a check. The PB is just about back to normal again now, which is great.
