In other news, it was the Reading Half Marathon today. The route goes all the way round work, and I was warned that the only way to get in is to battle through the crowd, wait for a gap in the runners, then dart across. As it turned out, the torrential rain and freezing cold meant that other than about 4 hardy people, there was nobody there. And I didn't have to dodge runners either. Result.

In other other news, the trainee barista at Costa hadn't quite mastered mochas, so mine ended up being double shot and extra chocolatey. Result.
