Unexpected snowfall

Snow is usually so exciting but waking up to heavy snowfall this morning made me groan...

A visit from friends for lunch made up for being stuck in. I cooked a friends recipe (the laws), butternut squash stuffed with spiced lamb mince which was very welled received.
