St Patrick's Day Session

It was my pleasure to go with the other two members of Minchmoor down to a St Patrick's Day Session at the Gordon Arms in Yarrow Valley this afternoon. Sadly I had to leave after only three hours, and I say sadly because it was the best session I have been to for a very long time. Some great musicianship and some wonderful, stirring singing. The atmosphere was unjoyable, good-humoured and uplifting, conversation was buzzing, and the beer was pretty good too. Live music at its very, very best.
