Elephants!

These elephants are on display in Green Park and elsewhere until the 23rd, I was determined to see them, it was very hot today but we set off early, there was a lovely breeze and lots of shade so not a problem.
100 elephants have been crafted to raise awareness and money, they are actually modelled on actual elephants, it was really quite amazing walking through the herd.

We had a picnic on the park bench!

We also wondered around Hyde Park and Saint Jameses Park, we walked back to Waterloo through Horse Guards Parade, past Buckingham Palace and over the millennium Bridge, it was lovely.

Lazy afternoon and even lazier evening watching TV.
