Sweltering Sunday

Last night we had a gorgeous ride once the temperature dropped...

Today was a total wipeout. Literally. We headed to Nottingham's Water Sports Centre and 10 of us (sister, nephews...) did Total Wipeout. Great fun although I realised how little upper body strength I have when trying to get back onto the inflatable after falling in! It was brilliant to just laugh for a full hour.

Back to my cousin's for a BBQ. So very hot. Too hot for me. But still a lovely afternoon. My dad loved their garden bar (extra).
