Well - Mark Cavendish is. 
He missed out on the sprint by a metre or two, but Wout van Aert was just too fast for him.   

If this makes no sense: today was the final stage of this year's Tour de France. Mark Cavendish has unexpectedly returned to it and having won 4 stages is now equal with Eddy Merckx on 34 career stage wins. In each post win interview he has made it clear how the rest of his team contribute and that he can't succeed without their efforts.

Rather like Arnie - he'll be back :-)
