Tiny Tuesday . . . Flax Seed Pods

The seed pods on flax always fascinate me with how they twist open to disperse the shiny black seeds.  The paper like texture as they age is lovely.  Thank you to Osuzanna for hosting this month.
I had my first Pfizer vaccination this morning with a lovely nurse who was probably as old as me and pressed back into service to complete the vaccinations.  I was surprised to be in a room with so many people my age.  I went to exercise class at the pool afterwards but this afternoon I had a big sleep and now feel my cold is easing.
P.S the camera from yesterdays blip is back on the wall as everyone was in favour of it staying put.
