. . . Short back and sides, or perhaps just a light trim . . .
 
 
It looks as if they are preparing to harvest the crop as they have trimmed the edge of the field.  Perhaps we will never get a field of gold, but near enough.
 
Another hot day.  I have jobs to do, and they can wait. I did get to tidy up the hedge top outside the living room window, and that was more than enough.  Lucky I had postponed my shower until after I had done the trimming.
 
Now to try and keep cool.
