After running a half marathon on Sunday, on the Monday we were informed that Ruben was in the finals of the 1500m on Wednesday (today) and the 800m Thursday (tomorrow)...

Jack struggled a bit in his race due to his Asthma in the windy conditions...
Ruben finished 5th ahead of Thomas and another boy... Ruben's Strava said he ran 5:08 (5 minutes and 8 seconds) in very gusty winds... He's left some in the tank for tomorrow's 800m...
