Lake Light

Lovely combination of yellow and purples in the meadow. I focused on the foreground, letting the background falloff rapidly, to bring out the yellow flowers. They were echoed by distant light on the water shining through the trees.

The light was kind of hazy again and didn't penetrate much through the dense foliage which provided a dark backdrop to set off the more intensely coloured blooms.

I chose to format the image as 16:9 to indicate a wider expanse.

A pleasant evening all told.
