Older than me: My father's first "good" camera

My father had a camera-acquisitive instinct. After his death we gave away hundreds of cheap plastic point-and-shoot film cameras. He carefully catalogued everything, even if it came from a cereal box. He also had a lot of very nice cameras, most of which I still have. I think about him every day when I walk past a display case holding some.
