A stain on my character!

Lovely to see a donkey taking it easy in a field near us.
Good to see the Olympics officially starting today.
If there was a category for “boiling beetroot in a pan at maximum temperature but forgetting about it and as a result beetroot juice spreading all over the cooker” I would have won a gold medal today!
A little beetroot goes a long way!
