A mono day...

with a little pop of colour.
We expected pouring rain after a yellow warning but barely a shower before we got up. Thankfully much cooler though, hardly a bee to be found in the garden. I spent the morning being studio assistant to Julia and entertaining some little ones while she took the photos and all went well.
