It started as quite a grey day and didn't look like it was going to improve.. however it wasn't cold and the tide rolled up the beach gathering warmth from the sand as it came so there was no excuse but to don a swim suit and swim for the first time in absolutely years!!!  The sun came out and the rest of the day was glorious.
I finished my book. .. a good read for anyone who has an unhealthy relationship with instagram.. it is called the Accidental Influencer and was written by a Bella Younger a young comedian/writer who has written a cautionary tale about her experience as an instagrammer.
