Peacock

Still no sign of rain, so the garden is still providing me with blips. Today I have harvested the rest of our Anya potatoes and made some potato salad. Never done it before, but it actually tastes quite nice :) 

Butterflies are still visiting the garden with today's Big Butterfly Count being 1 peacock, 1 comma and 3 small whites. 

In Olympic news, GB won their first two medals with Chelsie Giles winning bronze in judo and Bradly Sinden winning silver in Taekwondo. 
He was disappointed to not get the gold, but he's only young so will probably be in Paris in 2024 for another go. 
Shock of the Day went to Jade Jones, our Double Gold medallist in Taekwondo as she lost her fight in the first round.
