Progress

Terry has finished the plastic ceiling and has almost completed the cupboard.
I haven't been walking again - did some cleaning but it's a bit hot for housework so didn't do anything major.
Got all the washing dry quickly in the heat.
Going on a little geocaching trip tomorrow with my friends Margaret and Ian. Only 5 caches but they are fairly new and in a local Country Park.
Chest has been a bit off today but think it's due to reflux. Not unwell. The asthma triggers with some tree pollens as well so it could be one of those.
