Puzzling

Started a jigsaw yesterday.

Today I was puzzled (pun intended) when I couldn’t find where to put one particular piece.

Then I realised I had already put it in place - I was holding a duplicate piece in my hand.

I’ve never had an extra piece in a jigsaw. Usually if the pieces don’t tally it’s because one bit is missing. Not today!

And then I found another duplicate.

I wonder if someone is missing these two pieces.
Or will I finish it and find I’m missing two different pieces?
Time will tell.

I even checked the info which came in the pack to see if it was deliberate - if you find an extra piece, win a million pounds.
Alas, unlucky. No such promise :(
