Strange light: lone tree and Red Kite

The tree looks very healthy and covered in leaves now, whereas when I photographed it way back in my first ever blip I kind of imagined it always looking bare - as if a dead tree. https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2807055568823390053
I got up close (see extras) and worked out that it's probably a Lime tree.
The bird is very small I'm afraid as it was purely accidental that it got in the shot!
