Sgwarnog: In the Field

Rooftops

We awoke to another snowfall, but by the time I got into town the melt was on.

I had a meeting on the thirteenth floor mid-morning and by then there were just a few traces on the rooftops, but you could still just about make out the white hills through the murk.

This view may also act as an indicator of which mills are occupied and which lie vacant - the snow stays longest on the roofs of unheated (or very well insulated) buildings.
