Butterfly

Today was a sunny hot day. There was heavy rain overnight so everything was wet as I got out for a nice long walk. The sky did not look clear once again as smoke from forest fires were in the air once again. I spotted this thistle and then a monarch butterfly flew into the shot. I managed to get a few shots and then it flew off once again.
