The Runners .....

In the elderly category!  They did a half marathon but as they hadn't really done one for a long time because of Covid, they took it quite slowly but ended up in the middle of this category so not too bad.  Richard took a tumble too and has some nasty grazes and bruises but he said the adrenalin surge took him faster afterwards so wasn't all bad!  Had some lunch, my first in a proper restaurant for a long time.
