Back to the 60's

That’s a bit unfair.  I have proof that I was there, but it’s all a bit hazy - just a long time ago I guess . . .
 
So what to photograph.  Well I guess that proof I was there should fill the slot.
 
 
Here is a picture of me back then (my Dad is in the corner).  This was my mum’s, and shows its age.
 
And proof of the date, my ‘British Seaman’s Card’, and my ‘Seaman’s Record Book’ with the discharge from my very first trip as Junior Engineer’ on the ‘SS Bristol City’ highlighted.
 
At extra there is a photo of a picture of the SS Bristol City.  Judging by the amount of smoke I may well have been on watch . . .
