Time to say goodbye!

I was sitting outside trying to capture a shot of the sparrows eating from the feeder. But then I noticed the state of the outside of our studio---is it time to go and replace with something smaller?  It is 18ft long and so we could do with a much smaller workshop now that we have stopped doing ceramics. We shall see.
