Soup

Chicken soup with kale, quinoa, peppers, carrot, and maui onion. Wine: Atrevida Chardonnay 2019.

This was a nice soup made with some leftover rotisserie chicken I had in the freezer. The wine is from Mendoza (Argentina) and is a passable and inexpensive, though surprisingly acidic for a Chardonnay.
